Delivery areas and charges

We deliver across Karachi, with fees and minimum order values shown at checkout for Bahria Town Karachi, DHA Karachi and other city areas. Deliveries outside Karachi are arranged on request over WhatsApp.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout for your area. We confirm timing by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.

Pickup

Pickup from the nursery is available for eligible products at no delivery charge.

Damaged or unhealthy plants

If a plant arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or credit for that item.

Returns

Non-plant items such as pots and supplies can be returned unused and in original condition within the period agreed at the time of sale. Custom orders and installed work are not returnable.
