Quotations
Quotations are based on the site visit and stay valid for the period shown on the quotation. Changes to scope, plant selection or site conditions may change the price.
Consultations and site visits
Consultation slots are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp. Please tell us at least a few hours in advance if you need to reschedule.
Payments
Payment terms — including any advance for materials and plants — are stated on your quotation or invoice. Cash on delivery and bank transfer are currently supported.
Plant health
Plants are living products. We supply healthy stock and give care instructions; survival after handover depends on watering, light and site conditions.
Maintenance contracts
Recurring maintenance is billed for the agreed frequency and can be paused or ended with notice as stated in your contract.
