A considered path to your garden.

Seven stages connect the initial conversation with installation and long-term care. The scope is tailored to your property and the service you need.

1. 

   STAGE 01

   Free consultation & site visit

   We discuss your goals, how you use the space and the work you have in mind. A free site visit gives the proposal a practical starting point.

2. 

   STAGE 02

   Site survey & soil test

   We review levels, access, drainage, sunlight and water supply. Soil and water testing are scoped where needed, including pH, EC/salinity and soil texture.

3. 

   STAGE 03

   Concept & 3D design

   The design stage brings layout, planting and outdoor features together. Concept plans and 3D visuals communicate the intended garden before installation.

4. 

   STAGE 04

   BOQ & proposal

   The bill of quantities and proposal set out the agreed work, materials, responsibilities and exclusions. The installation sequence is confirmed before approval.

5. 

   STAGE 05

   Installation by our own teams

   Our own teams carry out the agreed landscape installation with site supervision. Work is sequenced around ground preparation, built elements, planting and commissioning.

6. 

   STAGE 06

   Handover walkthrough & care guide

   We walk through the installed landscape, explain watering and care, and review the agreed scope. Practical care guidance supports the transition to everyday use.

7. 

   STAGE 07

   After-care & maintenance plan

   After-care checks and a maintenance plan are agreed around your garden. Weekly, fortnightly or monthly visits can be considered; any guarantee conditions are documented.
